LaSalle Network is excited to be leading the hiring initiative for a newly created Accounts Payable Specialist position on their team. The Accounts Payable Specialist is expected to be personable, energetic and professional. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also be responsible for processing and entering invoices, as well as supporting the Managing Partners with any reporting or ad hoc projects. This role is budgeting for an initial base salary between $50,000 and $60,000.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments
• Enter and upload invoices into account management system
• Assist leadership with monthly reports and month-end closing
• Provide supporting documentation on a regular basis
  Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
  • Associates degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience
  • Experience working with bank portals
  • High attention to detail
