• Annual ReviewsResponsibilities and Duties of the AP/AR Specialist:
  • Working with Data Entry
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Setting up ACH wire transfers
  • Chargeback Disputes
  • Depositing Physical ChecksExperience Preferred but not required of the AP/AR Specialist:
    • General understanding of the process of AP & AR
    • Experience in NetSuite required
    • Great Excel Skills (Pivot & Vlookups)
    • Bachelors in accounting or Finance Preferred
