well-being. Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will
manage high performing Talent Acquisition team members who are
bringing in global talent for our business. The Team Lead will
report into the Talent Acquisition Director and be responsible for
individually recruiting critical roles. This role will interact
with senior level Executives and make an impact to the success of
the Talent Acquisition team and organization broadly. Primary
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a highly motivated team of Talent Acquisition
professionals which includes development, performance management,
training, and supporting the team members to be successful on
delivering talent in an efficient and effective manner.
- Direct the recruiting strategy with the team members to
optimize business results.
- Lead team meetings to continuously improve our process and
synchronize efforts.
- Run reports, analyze data, and leverage information to advise
key stakeholders on our talent acquisition approach.
- Meet organizational staffing needs and goals.
- Lead Full Cycle Recruitment strategy for multiple
departments.
- Conduct strategy meetings for Hiring Managers & all
requisitions assigned.
- Source candidates through Job Boards, Company Website, social
media, & Centers of Influence.
- Coach Hiring Managers and company Leadership on best
practices.
- Participate in virtual job fairs & other employment events as
needed.
- Evaluate applicants, reviews resumes, & conducts interviews
with a consistent set of assessment criteria.
- Improve organizational approach by recommending policies &
practices aimed at improving attractiveness to job applicants.
- Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- Experience creatively sourcing and recruiting candidates for an
average requisition load of 10-15 positions
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required
- Excellent business acumen, with high energy, sense of urgency,
and can do positive attitude
- Excellent communication and presence from experience working
with senior to executive level leaders
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and networking
skills
- Strong understanding of HR, legal and compliance issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
(ATS)
- Experience recruiting in the mental/behavioral health industry
