STRIDE Certified Fitness -Coach Role DescriptionSTRIDE -is a boutique treadmill studio experience that is here to reinvent the definition of a cardio and treadmill training. High Intensity Interval -classes are led by energetic Coaches -in a supportive, -empowering environment with state-of-the-art equipment and electrifying music. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor with our team and help us to share the STRIDE brand and experience to all people, everywhere. - Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of up to -25 clientsEnergize and motivate clients throughout classBuild STRIDE class attendance and retain current clienteleCoach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience (training provided)Attend staff meetings and required training (in person and virtual)Positively interact with members and prospective membersAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed (training provided)Set up treadmills and explain class format for 1st time participants (training provided)Coach a -minimum of 4 classes/week -Maintain strong social media presence to increase class followingQualifications:

Strong background in fitness (knowledge strength training, cardiovascular training, core training)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all peopleComfortable speaking/coaching to a groupMust be open to feedback and personal growthFitness certification and coaching experience preferredMust possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification -Powered by JazzHR
