Job Description:

ROLE:Accountable for supervising the daily operations of the Plant Management team and managing the activities within defined standards, to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the workflow, compile reports and audit data quality.KEY RESPONSBILITIES:Ensure orders are processed timely and accuratelyAssist with determining shipping instructions based on contracted terms, SOPs, and delivery requirementsMonitor mailboxes and communication flows for swift follow upRun reports to identify data quality errors and implement corrective actionsAct as the main point of contact for onboarding new SuppliersCollate data for analytics and dashboard reportingAddress all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policiesSKILLS:Demonstrated leadership ability. Ability to allocate work assignments and tasks to others to maximize the department's and the individual's effectiveness.Capable of communicating and interacting effectively. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, colleagues, and customers with prompt communication.Problem Solving. Ability to analyze complex problems and relay solutions. Take actions that are consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.Analyze cause of failures and assists with the development and implementation of corrective action plans and training. Review and update SOPs.Develops individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others' efforts.
