Job Description:

The Estates of Hyde Park - Seeking an Experienced - Full-time 2nd shift PRSC to join our Social Services Team. The PRSC provides or assists in providing psychosocial rehabilitation services with residents of the facility. Services may include but are not limited to: crisis management, counseling, assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, case management, linkage, and referral. -The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday 11a-7:30p.
Qualifications:

- - 1 yr. experience as a PRSC
- - - Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree from an approved school of Social Work. - - - -
- - - - - -Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- - - - - - -Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- - - - - -Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and still be a team player.
- - - - - -Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/workers and the general public.
- - - - - -Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of - - - -5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
