Each venue offers a unique vantage point of the field as well as rooftop seating to comfortably enjoy the game. Handles customer service situations as they arise. -Role and Responsibilities:Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of work areas, entrance, and lobby.Managing a line of up to 225 guestsKeeping the guest list safe and presentableCommunicate with building supervisors, operations management and the security teamsAssisting co-workers when neededPerformance of any other task assigned by leadershipQualified candidates must be able to:Lift and carry up to 30 poundsClimb up and down up to 7 flights of stairsStand for long periods of timeWork indoors and outdoorsEngage with guests in a personable and friendly mannerAccurately and efficiently check guests into the building while abiding by all Levy Restaurants rules and regulationsID and confirm ages of guestsWork as a part of a teamQualifications and Education Requirements:Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED, bachelors, or associates degree preferred.Experience as a host or door person is a plus.Clean and presentable appearanceWill need a valid ServSafe Food Handlers certification.
