Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition
Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for
oversight and delivery of full-cycle recruiting within Ardagh Group
- Metal Beverage North America. The Talent Acquisition position
drives full-cycle recruiting: from initial intake sessions with
corporate and operations leaders through the employee onboarding
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Ardagh Metal- North America Corporate and
Operations leaders to understand core capabilities/experiences for
success in the roles within their scope.
- Build creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract
passive and active candidates based on the needs of the business
and talent markets.
- Implement strategy to identify and select a qualified, diverse
candidate pool.
- Consultant to leaders on local talent markets.
- Remain current on industry conditions, talent acquisition
trends & market intelligence.
- Maintain continuous networking and pipelining activities while
deploying creative search techniques to source qualified
candidates.
- Participate in recruiting events such as local/national career
fairs, special events or functions.
- Facilitate and drive full cycle recruiting process.
- Foster strong candidate and client relationships.
- Identify, attract and screen prospective candidates.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to monitor and track
application status and metrics.
- Evaluate outstanding hiring issues and recommend alternatives
to facilitate the hiring process.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates.
- Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews for our 8
production facilities, Executive Office and Technical Center
located throughout the US.
- Requisition management within SuccessFactors.
- Partner's with other HR Functions to assist with completion of
projects, as needed. Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high volume, full-cycle
recruiting environment.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing organizations highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in fostering strong candidate and internal
customer relationships.
- Experience with SuccessFactor's ATS (RCM), highly
preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced,
metrics-driven environment
- Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to
multi-task
- Shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
