Reports any product anomalies or issues, to the Lead.
Removes product from the line that is out of specification. Discards scrap products properly by separating clam shells from the finished products into appropriate trash bins. Monitors packaging equipment making sure it is running properly and at accurate speeds. Reports line operating issues to the Lead/Supervisor for immediate repair. Discards scrap products properly by separating clam shells from the finished product into appropriate trash bins. Assists with all packaging rework. Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legalityQualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Experience in the food industry preferred One year related experience and/or training Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentShift: 2nd (3:45 pm-2:15 am)Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
