Job Description:

smartdept. inc. is searching for a Project Coordinator for an advertising agency client of ours in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be $45,000 - $50,000 annually depending on experience level and fit. Our client is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator who is experienced and comfortable enough to jump into any project with ease. Seeking candidates who are dependable, and organized with strong communication skills. This position will not be working with clients directly, rather, this individual will be working with internal staff. As our client is primarily focused within the CPG space, any experience in this area is considered a plus. What You'll Do:

• Develop project plans and timelines
• Manage budgets and resources such as estimates, P.O.s, etc.
• Coordinate with internal team members
• Track project progress and deliverables
• Resolve project issues and conflictsWhat You'll Need:
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with companies/clients in the CPG space (preferred)
