Monitor the appropriate weight of finished product cases and verifies the proper lot code. Must record the accurate number of cases and lot codes on pallets containing the finished product. During Thaw & Serve production, the Palletizer hand prepares cases and applies labels and hand packs. Palletizes cases according to the proper configuration. Must properly wrap and label pallets. Perform inspection of finished product cases for possible anomalies. Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships. Rotate positions with the case packer. May be required to take on additional responsibilities or roles based on the needs of the plant.Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Experience in the food industry preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment One year related experience and/or trainingShift:2ndAspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
