Require Travel No Language Requirements Native level of Japanese Description Parts company in West Suburb of Chicago is looking for Bilingual General Manager.Business Operations & Development.Oversees the administrative operations and new business development for the company. Ensures efficient and timely management of business processes. Cultivates a steady stream of new business opportunities from existing and new customers and converted them to revenue. Requirements At least 10 years of business or commercial experience in a manufacturing setting. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and terms, especially for metal fabrication.Good grammar and written/oral communication skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Experience with utilizing the Internet, web browsing, and on-line tools to conduct business research.Familiarity with cloud-based productivity and project management applications.
