We need to hire multiple Auto Service Advisors/Writers to guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs for auto repairs/maintenance, and more! • Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repairs, maintenance, recall work, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule appointments for service work
• Greet customers and answer auto repair/maintenance questions
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Review completed work order with customer and ensure their concerns were addressed
• Maintain high CSI scoreQualifications - Service Advisor:
  • Auto Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager or Dealership experience is preferred
  • Basic automotive operational knowledge
  • Good computer, customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Team first mentality
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
