  • Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life-cycle;
  • Provide technical leadership on project related tasks leveraging PwC tools, templates & methodologies and establishing delivery dates are met;
  • Contribute to PwC's Agile/SDLC practice by developing reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on project experience;
  • Coach team members on Agile industry leading practices; and,
  • Help prioritize workload and determine trade-offs of scope and budget.

    Required Knowledge and Skills :
    
    Demonstrates thorough knowledge and abilities in the Application and Emerging Technology field including but not limited to:
    
    • Demonstrates 3 years experience - Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, etc.) in addition to using Agile Tools (e.g. JIRA, VersionOne);
    • Demonstrates experience in design, development, and implementation of Agile transformation strategy;
    • Demonstrates experience in the use of scaling methods such as SAFe, LESS, or industry equivalents;
    • Demonstrates project management experience;
    • Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills;and,
    • Demonstrates communication and presentation skills.
      Preferred Qualifications :
      
      Certification(s) Preferred :
      
      Veeva Vault Platform System Admin (Associate/White Belt certified preferred), Vault Loader, Project Management, GAMP5/CSV/CSA Validation, MS Excel/PPT/Word/Teams, Smartsheets/MS Project, PLS process knowledge (Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, PV, Commercial).
      
      Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
      
      Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in producing quality deliverables, including:
      
      • Providing solution-oriented delivery to Veeva Vault customers in various domains;
      • Working experience with the Veeva Vault Platform, specifically configuration of workflows, object/data models, reporting/dashboards, metadata, and security; and,
      • Working experience on Integration design & development, migration design & execution, REST API, with IPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi).
        Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success leading and driving projects with proven Project Management experience, as well as:
        
        • Working experience within the Veeva Vault Practice to deliver projects within the Pharmaceutical-Life Sciences domain (Quality, Commercial, Clinical, RIM, Safety);
        • Working experience with GxP validation experience preferred (validation master plan, URS/FRS, UAT Script writing, traceability matrix, validation summary reports);
        • Building solid relationships with clients;
        • Developing an awareness of Firm services;
        • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
        • Delivering clear requests for information;
        • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
        • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
