Job Description:

Medi Kitchen & Cocktail in Lincoln Park is looking to add an experiened server with bartending experience to their roster. Currently looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience in a fast paced, high volume establishment. Hospitality focused, high energy with wine, cocktail and beer knowledge. Knowledge of Mediterranean food a plus
Open availability is a must.
STRONG PREFERANCE FOR SATURDAY & SUNDAY BRUNCH & SUNDAY DINNER. Basset and Serve Safe required.

General Responsibilities-Provide effiecient, friendly service to guests while following steps of service.
Compute customer checks, operate the POS system and accept payments.
Anticipate guests needs.
Perform dining room set up, running sidework and closing duties.
Participate in constant table maintenance of dining room.
Accurately report tips for each shift.
Maintain sanitation and safety standars.
Arrive for each shift on time and in uniform.
Must pass a general information and departmental test.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Skills-Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and other staff members.
Ability to do basic math.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Maintain poise and professional attitude even when under pressure.
