**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Steris Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Set up and operate laser cutting machines to produce products meeting customer quality requirements
* Operate and process parts according to print and traveler requirements
* Monitor machine cutting performance and utilization
* Diagnose machining problems and implement solutions
* Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient production processes

**Requirements:**

* 1+ years of experience in CNC machine operation or a related field
* Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and machine operation
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
