Machine Operation - Card Production

Job Description:

This Machine Operation Position Features:

? Perform high speed, high volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting, and sorting to process card materials.

? Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams and other simple malfunctions, and unload product from equipment.

? Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.

? Identify and resolve clearly defined problems.

? Complete and maintain Operator reports and logs including: output, productivity, shift sheets, inventory forms and others as directed or assigned.

? Reconcile incoming and completed work.

? Communicate all issues, concerns or questions to the Production Department Management Team.

? Solicits work from management team when necessary.

? Work is generally repetitive and subject to inspection.

? Must be flexible to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.

? Expected to work overtime when necessary.

? Other duties as assigned by management.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Rate: $11/hr

Other:

? May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

? Extended periods of standing or sitting.

? Nearly constant exposure to noise

Shift (36hr/week +overtime)

D2: Mon- Wed 7am-7:30pm

D1: Th-Sat 7am-7:30pm
