      • Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 1pm - 11pm
      • Some mandatory OT on Fridays at supervisor discretion
        Wage:

        • Wages Range from $19- $21+/hour based on previous lamination & manufacturing experience.
        • $1 Shift Premium for 2nd Shift Position Summary:
          • The Laminator Operator is responsible for the correct set up and operation of solvent-less laminator. The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need. Primary Duties:
            • Set up and operate laminator according to spec sheet.
            • Consistently run high quality products efficiently.
            • Anticipate potential problems through observation and attention to detail.
            • Assist others in resolving issues (people, system, maintenance)
            • Ensure safe and proper assembly of machine. Perform minor maintenance.
            • Perform Quality tests and enter data on form.
            • Train employees when needed.
            • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment. Requirements:
              • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
              • One year previous machine operating experience
