Remote work is allowed.Role OverviewAssociate Partners are integral
members of our firm's leadership team, contributing to
firm-building efforts while managing 1-2 consulting engagements at
a time. Associate Partners provide leadership across multiple
dimensions - thought leadership, consulting engagementdelivery,
client service, business development, and cultural stewardship. As
a member of the leadership team, an Associate Partner is
responsible for advancing the firm's impact by leading the
execution and delivery of large, complex consulting engagements, as
well as expanding new and potential business opportunities. For
Revenue Cycle specifically, Associate Partners should have the
ability to structure transformation or implementation to support
the successful use of Epic and maximize technology usage to enhance
RCM.The Revenue Cycle Practice is comprised of a full suite of
RevenueCycle transformation services to help our clients meet their
financial and operational goals. Our projects are focused on the
following areas: Revenue performance improvement, technology
enhancement, and strategic planning.Responsibilities---Lead the
delivery of client engagements within Chartis' Revenue Cycle
Practice, including directing the activities of the engagement
team, leading theproblem-solvingprocess, and overseeingteam
analysis and deliverables---Apply thought leadership to client
engagements, generating actionable insights that drive meaningful
improvement for the firm's clients, developing frameworks and
approaches with broad potential impact---Buildand
maintaintrust-based relationships withexisting and prospective
clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights to surface
and discuss issues within and beyond the scope of specific
consulting engagements---Structure revenue cycle transformation
projects through knowledge of Epic EHR revenue cycle
capabilities---Act as a coach and mentor to junior staff, rapidly
developing their skills and knowledge through an
apprenticeship-based development model.---Foster collaboration
within engagement teams, across practices, and at all levels of the
firm---Help maintain a collaborative culture that attracts
world-class, passionate, and mission-driven
