Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Learning Coordinator - Global Occupier Services (GOS), Chicago, IL Job Summary Supports the GOS Talent and Learning function and associated activities, by coordinating the administration for all GOS learning and talent programs and assisting internal clients, facilitators, external vendors and program participants. The role is a combination of problem solving, scheduling, and driving enhancements to ensure a professional service is delivered to end users and facilitators. Principle Responsibilities Provides coordination and administrative support in relation to GOS talent and learning programs Coordinates learning registrations, attendee lists & general organization for all learning interventions Organizes and assists in developing learning manuals, pre-work and course evaluation procedures (inclusive of multimedia visual aids and other educational materials) Upload new courses and curate content with regard to the Learning Management System (LMS), as appropriate throughout the year Maintains GOS learning and talent related websites and/or SharePoint sites Responds to queries received in the Learning Americas email inbox, relevant to GOS Supports GOS learning activities and logistics onsite or offsite as required Schedules, coordinates and moderates (presides over) learning webinars as the team's point person with presentation technology (currently On24) Reserves conference rooms and liaises with Facilities (internal) to ensure that logistics are properly coordinated Supports mandatory training administration including reporting, monitoring completion and troubleshooting issues in partnership with compliance and external service provider Provides assistance with assessment administration (e.g. 360 feedback, personality assessments and post-program assessments) including communicating instructions to participants and producing reports for individuals and key stakeholders Support ad hoc training requests in partnership with the GOS L&D Director and Account HRBPs Develops marketing material and communications in conjunction with other team members to promote relevant courses or learning opportunities in a timely manner Creates and implements a consistent tracking mechanism for all development courses/events taken to enhance reporting capabilities Assists in researching and recommending external learning solutions Assists in the management of external vendor relationships Runs regular and ad-hoc reports as needed to monitor both learning activity and budget spend Provides support of budget tracking through accurate accruals and timely invoice processing Transforms raw data into meaningful and engaging executive style summaries/presentations Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years' experience (preferably in a HR and/or Learning role) Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Organizational Behavior, Learning, Instructional Design and/or Human Resources) Required Skills Excellent written and communication skills Public speaking skills - comfortable speaking to a large group either in-person or via web conference Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office skills - in particular Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of HR systems is advantageous, in particular Workday Learning (LMS) and HCM Technical savvy / Agility to learn new systems Knowledge of SharePoint, Web Design/Layout and/or eLearning software (e.g. Articulate or Captivate) preferred Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple competing deadlines Ability to work both in a team and independently Ability to effectively collect, analyze, evaluate and prepare learning statistical data Knowledge of adult education theory and practice a plus If you have the skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a genuine career opportunity.
