Primary Responsibilities - Manage a spend of $100MM related to People HR and Fees to support the North America Operations which include major categories such as our Managed Service Provider Temporary labor program across North America, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Uniforms rental, Facility Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Consultant fees, among others. - Establish trust and build effective business relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders for short and long term partnership - Create partnerships with internal teams such as Operations, Headquarters, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Facility benefits, in order to develop and implement the People HR and Fees strategies year over year - Become the People HR & Fees categories expert, understand cost drivers in these spaces and be innovative/creative on how to reduce costs without jeopardizing quality or service - Facilitate the strategic sourcing process for the People HR & Fees spend categories to include market and industry analysis, supplier research and review, category and supplier segmentation, RFPs, sourcing events, analysis, negotiations, contracting and implementation - Negotiate contracts with vendors ensuring the most optimal terms and conditions while never compromising service or quality - Conduct quarterly business reviews, establish and track KPIs, and ensure that monthly service targets are achieved - Lead strategic and tactical activities to support the operations at our Sites and Headquarters - Review and validate SRM shopping carts according to the People HR & Fees and Sites budget - Collaborate with the People HR & Fees Zero Based Budget (ZBB) package owner teams, to identify improvement opportunities and communicate efficiently on the status of the packages/categories - Contribute to cash flow performance by identifying opportunities for improvement Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business or Supply Chain - 3-5 years experience in procurement and/or operations - Experience working within the Human Resources Procurement space preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with other driven stakeholders - Ability to analyze, simplify and solve problems - Ability to work with multiple projects at a time with various levels of complexity - Knowledge of Legal agreement components and experience in commercial terms negotiation - Strong written, verbal, and listening skills - Strong analytical skills, knowledge of e-Sourcing tools and proficient with MS Excel - Results and service oriented, reliable, responsive and ethical Location(s)Chicago/Aon Center Equal Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
