and deliver transformational growth. Who we are looking for: VML is
seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns for a
hospitality client. This person will drive day-to-day client
management to deliver brand campaigns and initiatives on time and
on budget, in close partnership with project management. The Senior
Account Manager will execute agency processes with excellence while
fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless
communication and collaboration across internal teams to
consistently deliver high-quality work. What you’ll do: Collaborate
| Partner closely with creative and/or integrated agency teams to
facilitate project milestones and lead client initiatives. Execute
| Primary point of contact for clients and accountable for
successful implementation of campaigns. Build Relationships | Build
healthy relationships with internal departments, clients, and
agency partners. Stay Educated | Stay apprised on industry trends
and best practices. Share relevant competitive and category updates
with internal team members and clients. Evaluate | Ensure high
standard of quality across all project output by teams and
effectively manage client feedback and expectations. Who you are:
Multi-faceted | Ability to operate in dual role as account/project
management with strategic mindset. Detail Oriented l Able to stay
on top of deadlines and many moving pieces of projects in an
organized way. Growth-minded | Continually look for opportunities
to grow the account and improve efficiencies Excellent Communicator
| Being able to communicate clearly and effectively when managing
any project or team is essential. What you’ll need: 3-5 years of
prior client-facing experience in a marketing environment, with
agency experience strongly preferred. Experience managing
integrated campaigns with agency partners across media, earned,
owned. Travel or hospitality industry experience related to
advertising efforts is a plus. Strong computer skills, with
proficiency in Microsoft Office. Meticulous attention to detail.
Flawless execution in management of client projects. Excellent time
management, able to prioritize competing deadlines. The base salary
range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated
below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors,
including location, business needs, level of responsibility,
experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits
package $45,000—$80,000 USD We believe the best work happens when
