The Business Analyst position will be responsible for leading the
collaboration between business, operations, and technology
stakeholders to create business and functional requirements for
software enhancements and new products. This role will work closely
with Managers and Development Teams primarily in an Agile software
development environment to ensure that new feature requirements are
clearly documented, communicated, and delivered. This role will be
located in either our Chicago or South Bend office. The candidate
selected will be required to sit in either one of these
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for eliciting requirements through interviews,
document analysis, requirements workshops, business process
descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and
- Function as a subject matter, process, and operational expert
working closely with product owners to define business problems and
develop alternative solutions.
- Responsible for leading design discussions and presenting
solutions to groups within the company. Provide training and
education on solutions when applicable.
- Responsible for being the liaison between the business units
and technology teams.
- Decompose vision and high-level requirements into detailed
technical solutions, processes, procedures, training, and

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will possess the following
work experiences and skillsets:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years previous experience as a Business Analyst in similar
- Proven experience of generating and documenting functional
requirements, including business rules, use cases, process flows
and proof of concepts.
- Self-starter who can work alone or as part of a larger project
- Strong interpersonal skills (working with a range of business
