Weekly Pay - $1,182-$1,501 * All newer Freightliner cabs * On-site driver manager to help support and guide you while out on the road * Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit * Top of the line FULL Benefits for you and your family * 401k Participation * Paid Time Off & Bonus Incentives * Unlimited Cash Referral Program Route Details: The Intermodal yard is located at the Thermal King dealership 5200 Joliet Road, McCook IL 60625, all tractors will leave and return here daily. All drivers must have their own transportation to commute to and from the yard daily. Drivers work 5 days a week by schedule but can work an optional 6th day for extra pay. Tractors in this fleet are day cabs. Drivers must be legally licensed to operate and must have minimum of 3 months driving experience. Pay structure is Ring Pay. Upon hire, driver will spend up to 5 days with Trainer/Mentor at the daily salary of $150 after which will go solo and move to ring pay. A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight. Expect to work a 10-12 hours per day with the average dispatch being a 50 mile radius from the rail ramp. Dispatches could be up to 300 miles round trip. Occasional customer or mechanical delays may require overnight stays. Currently recruiting for a 1st shift schedule (day shift) with scheduled days off being Tues,Wed or Wed,Thurs. Days shift could have a start times anywhere from 7am to 11am. Regional nature of this fleet may require drivers have overnight stays as part of the weekly dispatch.
