Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.In this position, the successful candidate will be the primary interface/point of contact with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and other internal stakeholders supporting post submittal/pre-award proposal audits and other related Contracts and Pricing audits, SOX requirements, and internal self-assessments. This position is responsible for ensuring that all audit requests for information are tracked, coordinated with proposal/program/contracts personnel, investigated, reviewed, and responded to within the provided deadline. Develop metrics and conduct trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities and build a collaborative relationship with our government customers. Maintain procedures as needed to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulatory reporting requirements. Develop and implement impactful programs, communications and training designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and pricing best practices. In addition, the successful candidate will assist with and participate in other Contracts, Pricing, International Trade, and Government Property audit and compliance efforts including the review and support of business systems, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives to continually strive for sector wide functional and cross campus best practices. The position will provide support and leadership to other campuses across Mission Systems related to audit and self-assessment activities.     • Regulatory Compliance Analyst: Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of Business Management, Contracts, or Pricing & Estimating experience or a Master's degree and 2 or more years of Business Management, Contracts, or Pricing & Estimating experience
    • The ability to multi-task and manage many competing priorities with aggressive deadlines
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:
      • Experience working with DCMA and DCAA on proposal audits or contractual matters
      • Aptitude with Microsoft Excel and managing large data setsSalary Range: 79800 - 119700Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
