We Are:Security and Identity is an expertise center charged with creating a robust, secure digital framework that safeguards the identities of clients and employees. Solutions for Risk and Compliance, Security Strategy, Policy and Architecture, and Identity and Access Management (I&AM) enable Cybersecurity and Technical Resilience. We serve as the interface with the Information Security and Accenture Security organizations providing one point of collaboration and integration of best practices and guidance for applications and users.You Are:A App/Cloud Support Analyst that will provide support for SSL/TLS certificates lifecycle management via a 3rd party web-based application; utilized to support order requests, validations, and registration for SSL/TSL certificates and domains. Provide code signing support, utilizing a 3rd party SaaS tool to digitally sign executable files and scripts for developed code used to support Accenture's intellectual properties. Ability to maintain daily work, while leading smalls scale initiatives or tasks from start to finish.Responsibilities:Support ServiceNow request and incident cases for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates registrations, validations, and revocation process.Support Code Singing requests for executable files utilizing a cloud base application tool to perform digital code signing.Work with 3rd party vendor to support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) incident cases and escalations.Provide Window servers maintenance and monitoring supportFor now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts.What You'll Need:Minimum 1 years' experience in Windows Server and Cloud solutions supportMinimum 1 years' experience in PowerShell coding experienceUnderstanding of Agile MethodologyAbility to multitask in a dynamic environment to meet client's needsStrong interpersonal skills and communication skills to communicate and work with clientsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Bonus Points if you have:Experience in PKI, SSL, Code Signing, HTML, DNS, SMTPExperience in Active Directory and Access ManagementExperience in Certificate ManagementBasic knowledge of DigiCert ConsoleSkills:SSL/TLSPKICode SigningWindows Server AdministrationPowerShell ScriptingAs required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
