Job Description:
The Service Desk Technician acts as the first point of contact
for incoming Service Desk tickets. Installs, troubleshoots and
maintains end user computer hardware, software, operating systems
and peripheral equipment. Attempts first contact resolution,
escalates complex issues and logs all activity. Supports department
operations, network and special projects.
