lifetime. Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy
for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental
Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.Purpose:To
provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in their
homes. Part-Time Position available to service North
SuburbsFull-Time Position available to service Chicago (southside)
and Western SuburbsEssential Responsibilities, include but are not
limited to:Maintain a caseload of 6-10 learnersConduct assessments,
develop treatment plans, create programming for caseloadMaintain
consistent oversight and ongoing training of RBT's assigned to
cases to ensure accurate program implementationProvide appropriate
supervision to RBT's and BCBA candidates as neededProvide effective
parent training sessionsMeet at minimum monthly with supervisor to
review cases and update on issues as they ariseReview data weekly
for each learner and adjust programming on an on-going basisPromote
a positive team-oriented work environment among RBT'sBuild and
maintain positive learner relationshipsOTHER EXPECTATIONSEmployees

Requirements:

functions. Minimum of two years of experience working with children
with autism or other developmental disabilitiesPreviously have
worked as a BCBA working with children with autism or other
developmental disabilitiesAutonomous in taking initiative in the
position but being able to collaborate within the teamPrior
supervisory experienceMinimum of a Master's Degree in Applied
Behavior Analysis or related fieldCurrent BCBA
certificationCompetent in writing treatment and behavior
plansExperience with a variety of assessment toolsAbility to
provide effective training and supervisionMotivated to share
knowledge with staff members and families to improve to continually
