In addition, we work to build partnerships with our community to enrich the lives of our members by creating lasting opportunities that will strengthen relationships for a lifetime. Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.Purpose:To provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in their homes. Part-Time Position available to service North SuburbsFull-Time Position available to service Chicago (southside) and Western SuburbsEssential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:Maintain a caseload of 6-10 learnersConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, create programming for caseloadMaintain consistent oversight and ongoing training of RBT's assigned to cases to ensure accurate program implementationProvide appropriate supervision to RBT's and BCBA candidates as neededProvide effective parent training sessionsMeet at minimum monthly with supervisor to review cases and update on issues as they ariseReview data weekly for each learner and adjust programming on an on-going basisPromote a positive team-oriented work environment among RBT'sBuild and maintain positive learner relationshipsOTHER EXPECTATIONSEmployees shall respect the diversity of all individuals (e.g., clients, co-workers, stakeholders) and refrain from any form of discrimination and/or harassment based on religious, marital, ethnic, racial, gender, sexual orientation, or other differences.Employees share the responsibility of creating and maintaining a welcoming and supportive work environment.
