Job Description OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Responsible for helping to drive business solutions for BioLife Operations through data analytics. This role supports BioLife Operations by driving business process improvements, automation, and metric analysis in all areas of BioLife. Responsbible for the data gathering and communication between diverse data sources to construct reports and/or models to support key business strategies. Effectiviely manage multiple projects with varying levels of engagement, scope, and specifications. ACCOUNTABILITIES Analysis and Modeling (70%)

  • Mutual Accountability to drive network results
  • Primary contact for manager of operational reporting
  • Ability to work with data warehousing and relational databases.
  • Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate with users and interpret the needs of the business, to define concepts, and detail report requirements that meet customer performance expectations.
  • Develop reports/business tools and solutions based on process improvement oppportunities that facilitate consistency and accountability across department and geographic regions.
  • Support projects across departments through the development of well-defined measurement standards and supporting data analysis.
  • Build control plans and processes to drive long term project sustainability.
  • Utilize advanced Excel formulas and other technical platforms to create reports that pull date from multiple sources as needed.Project & System Management Support (20%)
    • Support ongoing review of key business metrics, system performance and identifying end-user training opportunities.
    • Provide operational support and on-going training initiatives/systems as assigned to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
    • Effectively develop, manage, and execute assigned projects, to include detailed objectives, scheduling, communication, training, and standards of quality.
    • Partner and collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to define continuous improvements for various systems.
    • Provide subject matter expertise to facilitate user requirement specification via process flows and respective solution mapping.
    • Support the pilot, training, and network-wide launch of the system enhancement to user community.Other as Assigned (10%)
      • Serves as liaison between departments to provide communication, support, and resources to ensure that organization goals and objectives are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
      • Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement teams.
      • Represents and supports the operations department, through written and verbal communication, committee participation and project team involvement.

        • Good computer skills specifically Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.
        • Excellend oral and written communications skills
        • Ability to crtically think to identify business opportunity and solutions
        • Demonstrated passion for not accepting the status quo and self-driven to improve the operation
        • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills required. EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Minimum of a four-year bachelor's degree and minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a medical or other regulated field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence reporting tools. Industry and prior plasma center operations knowledge and experience strongly preferred. Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
