    Position Summary:
    The Sales Operations Analyst -will help support the strategic direction for the Sales Team by focusing on process consistency, efficiency, optimization and growth. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and driving sales enablement projects and operational support functions.
    Along with the day-to-day execution of the business, you will need to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to solve problems and deliver successfully against high standards. This hands-on position is perfect for a candidate with a proven work ethic, a creative approach to problem-solving and a drive toward continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Sales Leadership to improve, simplify, develop, and implement sales processes that will increase productivity and efficiency
    • Support the Sales team by identifying, creating, and implementing reporting enhancements to create immediate insights
    • Optimize our sales process for each unique customer segment, pro-actively identify and solve bottlenecks in processes
    • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis that provides in-depth insight and tracking of the end-to-end sales process
    • Guide metric creation and the subsequent monitoring in order to measure the current and future state of performance relative to Objectives and Key Results
    • Enhance CRM functionality to minimize friction points and embed as many business processes as possible
    • Maintain and evolve performance
    • Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools
    • Optimize our lead gen and lead scoring strategies
    • Monitor and forecast sales performance monthly, quarterly, and annually
    • Work closely with various teams to produce, update and automate sales materials and documentation

      Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

      • 3+ years professional experience in Sales Operations/Support position
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
      • Strong experience in optimizing CRMs
      • Experience with data visualization tools
      • Expert level usage of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
      • Ability to analyze and articulate GTM strategies using data-driven findings to support meaningful recommendations and outcomes
      • Advanced analytical capabilities that you can apply to complex business issues
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders
      • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
      • Must be a self-starter with a strong focus on continuous improvement
