Continuous Improvement ( Job Number: 351769 ) Description As a
member of the Claims Solutions and Modernization team, the
Continuous Improvement Program Lead Analyst supports NA Claims in
working with various business and functional leaders across the
organization to develop and build a culture of continuous
improvement through the facilitation and ownership of:
- Governing and prioritizing the assessment of submitted ideas by
building community in the Claims Disciplines with the local
leadership teams
- Measuring & monitoring the overall health of the CI program -
maintain & report KPI's
- Continuous targeted skill building, where and when
applicable
- Collaborating & coaching the local BU leadership to create a
culture that embraces & supports CI
- Continuously serve to identify automation & efficiency
opportunities within NA Claims
- Partnering - with business units, IT, Operations, Claims and
vendor stakeholders to drive maturity & improve the capabilities
within North America Claims
- Continuously keeping the pulse on existing Digital and IPA
efforts and their potential overlap/integration with submitted
ideas
- Integrating a process mindset with an orientation for change,
as well as strong project and influential leadership skills Key
Responsibilities :
- Overall ownership for the timely acknowledgement of ideas,
evaluation and disposition of submitted ideas - ensuring timelines
SLAs are achieved.
- Acts as liaison with SMEs in the development of business
requirements regarding process/workflow design components
- Analyzes and resolves escalated problems, coordinating
associated activity through various areas if needed and providing
timely and accurate updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and engage appropriate support teams (IT,
Operational, Vendor) for resolution, and carefully inform business
leaders and end users of status
- Partner with key stakeholders in Claims to assist in the
implementation of Process Automation or other solutions that reduce
cost and improve service quality
- Support project teams in the implementation phases, including
deployment and development of training materials, job aids, and
other support materials
- Collect and report KPIs and service metrics related to overall
health of the CI program/process
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation re: the program
and its processes (business process flows, end-user training
material, system user guides, etc.) on SharePoint site
- Overall program coordinator responsible for the associated
rewards, recognition and associated budgetary aspects

- Ability to listen to understand - The person in this role will
be asked to prepare presentations for executive leadership. Often
this results in people talking about desired content. It is
critical that person in role can listen to abstract things being
discussed and figure out the core messages and how to deliver them
in a presentation

- Strong PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills
- Experience and skill in presentation development
- Comfortable interacting with senior leadership. Excellent oral

- Experience integrating business needs with technology

- Prior experience with Process Automation technology is
preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience in Claims is preferred
- Prior experience with Lean, Six Sigma and/or Process Management
would be a plus (not required) Education :
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in the areas of
Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science or related
discipline NOTE: This role may be upgraded to a Senior Claims BA
dependent on candidate's qualifications and experience. In Jersey
City, NJ the pay range for the role is $87,500 to $149,500. The
specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other
factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a
discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a
