HRIS ANALYSTThe HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and reporting trends and analytics for the Human Resources team, ensuring that internal controls and external compliance regulations are followed. This role will work closely across the HR team to implement process improvements and additional assigned projects for the team. This is a hybrid position in our Chicago Loop office. RESPONSIBILITIESReport and analyze key metrics that provide insight into data trends, workforce and succession planning, and benchmarkingDevelop and maintain dashboards using data visualization toolsAudit data entry changes in the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now or other similar systems) to ensure accuracy and compliance, providing backup data entry support as neededReview and audit payroll submissions and supporting documentation in preparation for payroll processingCoordinate with the HR team to meet internal control requirements, and respond to requests from internal and external audit teams for related documentationEnsure compliance within legal posting, notification, and communication requirementsCreate and update SOPs and other HR procedural documentation and monitor completion of required activities, following up with HR team members as neededRegularly audit employment records and files in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and proceduresConsider impact of HR or business-related transactions on HRIS setup / payroll processing and coordinated required activities with appropriate internal resources or external agenciesServe as main and first point of contact for HR team needs related to reporting, systems access, and other changesRespond to assigned inquiries through the ZenDesk portal, using business knowledge obtained by developing and maintaining an internal network across various departmentsPrepare end-user documentation or training materials as neededREQUIREMENTS5+ years of HRIS experience, ideally with ADPBachelors Degree in human resources-related discipline or similar field, or an equivalent combination of training and experienceHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointProcess and detail oriented with a problem-solving mindsetExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across many organizational levelsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and drive projects to completionAbility to adapt to changing business requirements and objectives Your resume will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting team and well reach out to you directly if theres a fit.
