What You'll Do
The Sr. IT Support Engineer will be the main on-site IT resource
for our Chicago office and will perform the following:
Responding to support requests from employees and executives
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware,
software, and network systems.
Installing and configuring computer systems, software, and
peripheral devices.
Performing routine maintenance on computer systems and
equipment.
Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues or
areas for improvement.
Providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
Documenting and maintaining technical procedures and user
guides.
Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement
IT projects.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT
support and implementing best practices in the workplace.
What We Look For
Experience with frontline support of users, experience with
ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow etc)
Experience with client machine configurations, SSO platforms
(JumpCloud, Okta), AWS
Experience supporting desktop PC, Mac users, resolving printer and
VOIP setups
Experience with Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Cisco or
Cloudflare, CrowdStrike
Ability to troubleshoot in unfamiliar territory, provide technical
support, and maintain third-party commercial SaaS applications
