Analyst -to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent
injuries. Position Highlights:The Senior Market Analyst plays an
integral part in conveying to NSC decision-makers, Practice Areas
Leads, investment committees, and other stakeholders the strengths
and weaknesses of a strategic product, service, and market growth
opportunities. You will plan, conduct and synthesize market, and
customer research and analytics and share key insights and
recommendations to NSC leadership. Strong project management skills
and excellent communication, collaboration, and
influence-management skills are necessary for this high-visibility
-role.What You'll Do:
Analyze market data from both
internal and external data sources and provide recommendations
around insights and actions to business leaders.Ensuring data
quality and integrity to drive exceptional business outcomes for
our customers (internal and external)Actively seek out information,
develop an understanding of operational issues, and apply advanced
techniques for addressing problemsCollaborate with the team and
lead assigned projects and initiatives.Makes appropriate changes
when necessary and ensures that customer concerns are addressed and
resolvedDevelop a working knowledge of available market simulation
modelsCreate multiple market-facing forecasts and continually
refine forecasting techniquesResponding to customer
inquiriesSupport market share, market, and customer sizing analyses
for key products and servicesMaintain accurate, current, organized,
and complete market information in internal databasesMonitor market
conditions, trends, and competitor activities to inform practice
area leadsSupport strategic plans with key analyses to inform
strategic direction and identify opportunities to grow core market
share, increase revenue, and maximize mission impactSupport ad hoc
analyses as neededDevelop and manage market research, competitive
intelligence, and analyticsWe're Looking for Someone with: -
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,
Business, or a technical degree required. MBA or related Masters's
degree preferredFour plus years of experience in an analytics,
market analysis, or business development roleDemonstrated success
in independently leading teams to achieve key milestones and launch
timelinesBackground with regards to markets is requiredAbility to
travelExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent
analytical and problem-solving skillsCompetent with Microsoft
Office Suite (Highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint)Prefer
advanced statistics skills (t-tests, confidence levels, sample
sizing, etc.)This is a remote positionSalary Range: - $85,000 to
