As a Leasing Consultant at Optima Lakeview, you will have the opportunity to grow your real estate knowledge, create and implement innovative ideas for marketing and resident retention, and provide extraordinary customer service. You will guide future residents through the touring, application and move-in process, closing leases and maximizing revenue for the community.Optima Lakeview is our brand new mixed-use residential development in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. Optima Lakeview contains 198 luxury residential apartments, 40,000 square feet of amenity space, a rooftop sky deck, and approximately 14,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.
