Company: Horizon Therapeutics USA, Inc.Location: 1 Horizon Way, Deerfield, IL 60015Position Title: Sr. Analyst, Patient and Access AnalyticsHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ WeekSummary of Duties: Support initiatives to build and implement management-level reporting/KPIs tracking. Utilize various data sources including Veeva CRM, claims, sales, internal patient HUB, etc. to identify areas of strength and weakness for various internal teams including market access and patient services teams. Analyze patient Access Journey for Rare Disease Business Unit, time to approval, shipment, and any reimbursement challenges. Create reporting and dashboards. Track co-pay, KPIs, and Payor Performance dashboards. Merge various payor bridges into standard naming convention/hierarchy, Breakaway, Precision, and internal data sources. Define new payor pull-through opportunities for Inflammation Business Unit and identify existing payor opportunities by analyzing regional payor landscapes. Partner with HorizonCares (pharmacy network managers) team to bridge payor opportunities with pharmacy operations.Qualifications: The position requires a Master's degree in Applied Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years in the job offered or as an Associate Consultant, Analyst, Advanced Analyst Intern, or a related occupation. Alternately, Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field and four (4) years in the job offered or as an Associate Consultant, Analyst, Advanced Analyst Intern, or a related occupation.The position requires experience in the following: Manipulation of large data sets using software including SAS, Python, or Microsoft SQL Server; Data management and data platforms including Microsoft SQLServer; Statistical modeling packages including SAS, R or Python; General office productivity software including Microsoft Office; Experience in at least one of three visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, or Powerpoint ThinkCell; Developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations supported with analytics; and analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis.Our ValuesTransparency: We value collaboration.
