Job Description:
The Maintenance, Reliability and Utilities Manager will be
responsible for the ensuring reliable delivery of plant shared
services, inclusive of maintenance, automation & controls, and
plant utilities. They will lead the implementation of reliability
initiatives and the implementation of Ingredion's Performance
System through the plant to drive cost improvement and increase
overall operations efficiency through the Reliability Pillar. This
role will lead reliability, asset utilization, and utilities
performance by developing the business strategy, standard facility
reliability metrics, and best in class systems that will improve
maintenance effectiveness and asset performance. Collaborate with
teams to develop plans to reduce manufacturing losses and improve
facility utilization through root cause analysis. This critical and
strategic role is part of the Plant Leadership Team.
