We are looking for an enthusiastic, task master and pragmatic as
well as continuous improvement thinker to join the team. Work
collaboratively & with excellent partnership with Danaher Life
Science operating companies to articulate, design, execute &
improve Digital Privacy System Management which includes Consent &
Cookie management, Danaher Policy & notice management & other areas
of Governance.
The Sr. Analyst Global Risk & Governance is responsible for Digital
Privacy System Management for Life Sciences Innovations Group &
operating companies, with a primary focus on Danaher Policy &
notice management, cookies, and consent management.
Responsibilities also include stewardship of the Digital Customer
Experience & eCommerce Risk assessment framework covering primary
focus areas & implementing it in operating companies with
respective Operating companies. This position will also coordinate
with stakeholder for creating standard work on data governance
ensuring compliance as per applicable procedure & regulatory
standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Design and implement Digital Privacy System Management for data
privacy, cookies, and consent management.
Coordinate with Danaher operating companies & vendor team to
implement cookies, and consent management integrations.
Ensure all operating companies implement updates as per plan and
ensure sustenance.
Assess & implement Risk & Governance framework for Digital Customer
experience and commerce.
Coordinate to conduct ongoing risk assessments and assist in
developing and executing a dynamic risk assurance plan to address
high-risk areas.
Support management in handling issues with internal auditors and/or
external regulators
Prepare and communicate effective data-driven reporting and updates
to influence decisions and outcomes internally.
Participate and/or lead special or ad-hoc projects and
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, Assess & implement Risk & Governance framework for Digital
CxC for data privacy, cookies, and consent management along with
other relevant impact areas.
Coordinate to conduct ongoing risk assessments and assist in
developing and executing a dynamic risk assurance plan to address
high-risk areas.
Support management in handling issues with internal auditors and/or
external regulators
Prepare and communicate effective data-driven reporting and updates
to influence decisions and outcomes internally.
Participate and/or lead special or ad-hoc projects and
initiatives.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of information systems or
equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in working with global data privacy,
cookies, and consent management is required to effectively perform
this role.
Knowledge of mobile app development in iOS and Android platforms
required
Strong track record of execution data privacy, cookies, and consent
management and core data management practices
Possess good understanding of customer experience platforms,
customer relationship platforms & ecommerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global
team.
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with
a wide range of internal customers and external vendors.
Preferred
2-3 years of experience in preparing discovery questionnaire &
leading in implementation of best practice in risk & governance
areas is preferred.
Experience in planning and implementation of SSO (single sign on)
would be an advantage.
Exposure to trade compliance, GDPR, identity management and
security would be an advantage
Understanding & experience in regulatory compliance, system quality
assurance & its adoption while driving best practices
**The base salary rand for this role is $80,000 to $105,000 plus a
10% bonus. Full Medical Benefits available on the first day. **
