This is where you come in...Job DescriptionPublicis Groupe is looking to appoint a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Global Client Practice (GCP) and sit within the Business Intelligence & Client Performance pillar of our team.Partnering with many of our Groupe's business drivers, you will work in the Publicis Groupe's Salesforce Center of Excellence to ensure that the Salesforce platform is utilized to its fullest potential across all users and stakeholder groups. The position is technical, but not 'IT' led--meaning no hands-on system configuration will be required. However, supporting and consulting all pillars of the Groupe Client Practice will be.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBe a partner - relationships and reputation are key to the success of collaborationBe an advisor to the Global Client Practice on creating, implementing and upholding best practice for in an organised, methodical and timely wayBe curious about our industry and Publicis Groupe Products, Offerings, and CapabilitiesKey Responsibilities include:Data Quality Managemento Ensure data entered into the system is correct and up to date across the various components of the Salesforce platform: Company, Client, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities and event recordso Participate in data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data inside the platform and across the businessReporting & Data Analysiso Develop reports and dashboards for client teams & stakeholder groups in Salesforce and external toolso Track and Manage any change requests for reporting requirements from teamsTraining & Change Managemento Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of Salesforce and systems including best practices and processeso Train new users & be the initial point of contact to troubleshoot issues for all users including system access, errors, and general questions; escalating issues when necessaryo Create and maintain Best Practices & training materials as needed (new enhancements & features)Project Managemento Document new requirements and enhancement requests from user baseo Assist in enhancement projects and UAT when neededo Work closely with IT development team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to briefQualificationsTHE PERSONA Team PlayerCollaborates across the Global Client Practice teams as well as integrates with the teams across the group.Globally mindedThinks at scale and elevates outside of one singular market level view to best advise and solution craft.ConsultativeComfortable communicating at the senior most levels of the organisation with gravitas, simplicity and client service.Self-StarterCollaborates across the Global Client Practice teams as well as integrates with the teams across the group.* Comfortable working in a fast paced & deadline driven environment across multiple geographies* Strong communication skills; ability to build strong relationships across teams and countries, comfortable engaging with Senior Leadership* Independent and self-starting with strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Passionate about data, reporting and analyticsCRITICAL SKILLS* 2-3 years of experience in agency or platform operations (client or finance)* Basic knowledge of Salesforce as a platform or any other CRM/ERP* Ability to develop training materials and run training sessions* An understanding of data management principles and data governance best practices* Must be proficient in Excel -pivots, data visualization and other analytics & visualization tools,* Experience with or understanding of Tableau is a bonus (or equivalent programme experience)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
