Job Description:

DayToDay Responsbilities:

--- Utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) for schematic entry of electronic circuits.

--- Performs electronic hardware tests under the general direction of the engineer. This includes verifying the performance of circuits and firmware/software.

--- Builds engineering prototype circuitry under the general direction of an electrical engineer. This includes documenting prototype construction and maintaining engineering records.

--- Designs, builds, and implements complex test fixtures.

--- Assists engineers in the evaluation of electronic components and sub-systems.

--- Designs and implements testing capability to verify circuit board or systems functionality.
Must Have:

--- Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.

--- 2-4 years' experience as an electronics technician.

--- Experience with electronics new product development.

--- Experience with designing and building prototype wiring harness.

--- Experience with building and updating prototype PCBA and circuits.

--- Experience with building electronics test fixtures.

--- Experience with evaluation of electronics products.

--- Proficient at soldering SMT components.

--- Experience with typical lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.).
