We enable employees to craft their career with curated development plans that set their learning path to a rewarding and fulfilling career.Come join us and be part of a purpose driven company who is invested in your future!Job SummaryJob Purpose: This position is responsible for supporting a broad array of initiatives for National Network solutions, including execution of the business plan and strategy for National provider Networks, as well as ad hoc analytic projects; interfacing with various business teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes, and developing a thorough understanding of business needs and coordinating them with the overall HCSC strategy. This position will be a subject matter expert for a national provider measurement solution and will be responsible for analyzing network issues, updating marketing collateral, and supporting Sales in developing client-specific network strategies.Job Responsibilities:* Work with various organizational stakeholders to thoroughly analyze opportunities and identify compatibility, feasibility, sequencing and dependencies of strategies put forth.
* Track relevant market information with an understanding of overall industry factors, working closely with internal resources to understand any potential impacts to strategy.
* Conduct research internally and externally to understand opportunities for strategic communications.
* Supports leadership meetings and projects on an ad hoc basis.
* Communicate and interact effectively and professionally in both one-on-one and in group settings to gather information from key business resources and stakeholders.
* Communicate with management and key stakeholders to keep them informed of project deliverables and timeline.
* Assist with the establishing measurable performance metrics for vendor activities to include but not limited to; performance, quality, and financial performance.
* Independently research and develop business cases for potential key opportunities, or expansion of existing business, including market, competitive and financial analysis that support our priority areas. Required Job Qualifications: -

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years experience in strategic planning, market research, product development or network management in health care industry OR Masters/Professional Degree and 3 year of experience strategic planning, market research, product development or network management in health care industry OR 6 year of experience strategic planning, market research, product development or network management in health care industry.
• Organization, prioritization, problem solving skills.
• Ability to drive consensus and influence at various levels of the organization.
• Experience managing projects requiring problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills . -
• Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal communication skills to work across departments, present findings and status of projects, build relationships and garner information from various sources.
• Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
• Experience conducting business analysis and/or wide ranging research initiatives
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• PC experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Job Qualifications:
