Position Details:
The E Procurement Support Consultant will monitor e-Procurement projects (Microsites and Punchout) ensuring the implementation of solutions to maximize sales penetration with our customers.
You Will:

• Coordinate and schedule e-Procurement visits and presentation with the Salesforce and customers.
• Coordinate and Implement eProcurement proposals with IT Grainger & customer promptly.
• Coordinate the review of the tests with the Testing team ensuring that all solutions are made with the optimum quality required by the customer.
• Follow up proper maintenance in the solutions implemented to Punchout/Microsites
• Manage the entire lifecycle of e-Procurement projects Assigned
• Provide training to customers and the sales team on e-Procurement solutions.
• Review and follow up on results with the sales force.
• Support in e-Commerce support guards.
• Organize and communicate to the areas involved, promptly, the tactical work agenda to manage the established strategy by e-Procurement. You Have:
  
  • 3 + years' experience in eProcurement, B2B sales and Customer service.
  • Experience in IT, International Relations or B2B e-commerce.
  • Technical knowledge including Project Management, Jira, and Office Programs, implementations of E-Procurement solutions (Ariba, Coupa or similar).
  • Preferred:
  • Bilingual Spanish
