project across all phases i.e., discovery, requirements gathering,
design, implementation, testing and operations. This team seeks

Revenue Management Center of Excellence sits at the intersection of
ZS's Value and Access and Business Technology Solutions teams. The
integrated team is committed to applying innovative strategic,
technology and operational solution to address our client's most
pressing challenges in all aspects of Revenue Management lifecycle.
Revenue Management - CONSULTANTRevenue Management - Consultants
(RMCs) lead project teams in conceptualizing, planning, and
executing Revenue Management Transformation programs. RMCs leverage
their business expertise, analytic skills, and technology
implementation experience to lead initiatives that help clients
mitigate issues in revenue leakage, contract operations and
compliance. Responsibilities:
- Work with project leadership to define project scope and
develop approach
- Act as project subject matter expert/solution architect
- Lead the project team and assume accountability for
deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and
design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and
technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, operations
strategy, and planning, etc
- Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing
project activities, and coordinating team meetings across
internal/external stakeholders
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate
results to clients and internal teams
- Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact
on aspects of projects
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and
practice areasOther Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within the Revenue
Management space
- Participate in business and strategy development
- Contribute to internal firm activitiesQualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer
Science, MIS, IT, or another related discipline. MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience in
pharmaceutical and/or medical device leading workstreams and small
teams on medium-large scale process improvement and technology
solution delivery engagements in the Revenue Management space
- Broad understanding of Contracts and Revenue Management
functions including Master Data Management, Contract Life Cycle
Management, Commercial Contracting (Chargebacks and Managed Care),
Government Contracting (Medicaid, Government Pricing), Tender
Management, Reference Pricing and Gross to Net
- Subject Matter Expert in at least two areas mentioned above in
the Revenue Management continuum gained through direct project
experience
- Demonstrated experience in implementing multiple Revenue
Management platform(s) - Model N - Powered by N, Model N - Flex,
Vistex, I-Cyte, Conga or othersAdditional Qualifications:
