Imagine a workweek where you connect with 6-9 wonderful children, guiding them through 145-150 hours of transformative care, which includes a minimum of 28 billable hours and 20% supervision, to ensure you're not spread too thin.Total compensation is $80,000 - $93,000, which includes your base salary and $8,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.How we'll grow together:Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Engage actively in cross-disciplinary idea-sharing, enriching our culture with innovative practices and insights.Clinical Mastery: Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children. Develop expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems, advancing your clinical expertise.Progress Monitoring and Adaptation: Keep detailed records of progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
