Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst - Tier
2.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be flexible for off-business hour schedules and be able to
support 24/7's on call support
Monitoring system live using multiple tools like OpenShift
Monitoring tools, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CW in production
environment
Work on identifying the root cause analysis of production issues
and collaborate with teams to resolve them
Required Qualifications:
AWS, Splunk, New Relic, and Open Shift experience
Experience in monitoring Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift
Container Platform, and AWS Services
Knowledge of System Engineering Concepts and experience with Jira
and Confluence
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 6-8 years of
related experience
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
clearance and have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past
5 years
