Job Description:

*Responsibilities and Requirements: ** Experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer.* Strong Microsoft Operating System installation, Asset Mgmt and troubleshooting skills* Strong experience in troubleshooting MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point etc)* Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts* To log all calls on the call logging system* Respond to enquiries from staff and help them resolve any hardware or software problems* Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected* Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice* Administer Hardware maintenance for all desktop IT equipment* Assists in maintaining the operating system and security software utilized on the network, including the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges* To allocate more complex support issues to the IT Manager.*Skills / Attributes Required** Relevant Desktop Support experience within a commercial environment* Good knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2008 Server* Strong knowledge of Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7/ Windows 10* A thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite* Excellent telephone manner and good communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* On callExperience:* Desktop support: 5 years (Required)* iOS: 1 year (Required)* Windows: 5 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Olympia Fields, IL (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
