  Senior Logistics Account Executive

  This individual will be responsible for establishing lasting relationships and growing professional B2B accounts specializing in the movement of either Import/Export Containers or Full Truckloads in North America. Our ideal candidate will utilize a network of customers and contacts established over the course of their career in addition to prospecting and engaging with new potential clients and leads.
  
  Duties / Responsibilities:
  
  • Generate and Organize Client Leads: Contact new and existing Shippers, Freight Forwarders, NVOCCs, etc. to promote FMI's Truckload and Drayage brokerage services, backed by our proprietary technologies: My Freight Manager TMS and Draydex .
    
  • Maintain constant communication with clients via phone and email to ensure service satisfaction.
    
  • Tracking and Tracing of all in-transit shipments to ensure high levels of customer service.
    
  • Maintain constant awareness of client needs and operational impact.
    
  • Consistently hit monthly goals, expectations, and KPI's.
    
  • Provide updates and reports to Management as requested.

      For Consideration, You Must Have:
      
      • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Logistics or Transportation Industry.
        
      • Comfortable with Microsoft or Google Office applications
        
      • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
        
      • Attention to detail.
        
      • Excellent communication skills.
