for a Senior Analyst, Consumer and Behavioral Insights to develop
reporting, analytics, and insights for multiple brands of a key
agency client across social media (mostly organic). As a Senior
Analyst, you will report to the SVP, Insights & Analytics and may
shift reporting to a Director of Insights & Analytics once that
position is filled. You will be responsible for translating
performance into insights that inform content, messaging, and
broader social strategy. Candidates must be strong storytellers,
comfortable presenting to clients, and capable of building
well-structured, visually compelling presentations. You will ensure
a better understanding of our client's business on social, and
power our social strategy, messaging, content creation, and
optimization. You will help drive our client's business goals by
developing insights and recommendations based on social
performance.Responsibilities
- Bring outstanding analytical storytelling and thinking to
engagements with both agency clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with client's internal analytics team, interface
with the rest of Earned and Social Analytics team, and the overall
Dentsu Creative analytics organization.
- Participate in the development of social reporting
dashboards.
- Develop insights and recommendations regularly.
- Manage data from social network platforms and 3rd party
platforms (e.g., Shareablee).
- Create reporting templates and advance existing templates.
- Develop ad hoc, quarterly, mid-year, and end of year
reports.
- Act as a liaison with strategists to interpret learnings and
action items stemming from performance data.
- Recommend optimizations and learning plans.
- Assist in the development of social KPIs and benchmarks.
- Develop new client-specific metrics (e.g., alternative to NPS,
Social Media Value).
- Recommend and create social tests (e.g., A/B tests).
- Oversee and run media measurement tracking studies for PR and
Influencer campaigns, delivering high quality, insightful
reports.Qualifications:
- 4+ years prior experience in social analytics. Agency
experience preferred.
- Rich understanding of data storytelling.
- Experience using measurements to drive business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business,
journalism, arts, and sciences (history, anthropology/sociology,
psychology), business (economics, marketing), computer (sciences)
or quantitative field (math, statistics).
- Experience managing social analytics platforms and tools.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics frameworks and
measurement approaches.
- Role requires client-facing skills and the ability to write
clear and concise presentations for clients summarizing data
insights, outcomes, and implications in a straightforward and

position is $50.62-$82.10. The hourly pay rate for the successful
candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant
experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
