Our secret sauce is our people and our culture, there's no better time to join and help us get our company to the next level, while making sure that MAS is always More for our people, our clients, our communities.Learn more about our story in this short video: MAS Global OverviewWho we are we looking for?* We are seeking a proven business salespeople from an IT Services Background, not a product sales background.* The salesperson we are looking to hire should have a track record of originating and winning offshore/nearshore IT Services engagements with net new Logo accounts.* Applicants must understand the concepts and key messages behind Agile and Nearshore Software Development Services and have sold full life cycle software development (Consulting, Development, Testing, Support). Applicants should also have a robust network of contacts and experience of selling across multiple verticals.Your Role:* Identification and acquisition of new clients and projects in the following sectors: Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Technology* Responsible for the "Region" and will work with marketing to target net new Logos with the"Region"* Responsible for execution of the sales process from acquisition to completion* Relationship management and use of your professional network* Individual bidding as well as coordination and participation in contract negotiations* Participation in external events and trade shows* Regional travel of 50%Skills Required:* Multiple years of professional experience in Business Development Manager or Sales* Experience in offshore or nearshore Software Development Services* Excellent knowledge in the following business sectors: Telecommunications, Fintech, HealthTech, Retail, Technology* Enthusiasm and conviction in customer presentations* Excellent communication skills* Effort to achieve and even exceed your goals* Challenger MindsetEssential:* Several years' experience in technical sales with a thorough understanding of IT principles and practices* Understands and demonstrates a systematic approach to problem solving* Communicates fluently and effectively in business writing and present information to both technical and non-technical audiences* Able to plan, schedule, and monitor own work within deadlines* Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and takes pride in personal development* Possess a technical background, persistence, and persuasiveness needed to succeed in a sales roleDesirable:* Knowledge of business proposals: methods and techniques for preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work* Familiarity with presentation methods and techniques for delivering effective presentations* Understanding of methods, techniques, and tools for planning, organizing, resourcing, and coordinating on going (non-project) activitiesBenefits:* Ability to work in an international environment* Career development opportunities* Being part of a fast growing company with good track record, great potential, and amazing diverse top talent* Other HR benefitsCandidates will be required to complete full background screeningPowered by JazzHR9qw1ssTf00
