Ever watch HGTV and think "I'd love to help people re-design their home, that sounds so fun!"
Well the truth is.... IT IS! We are looking to talk to people like you as we grow our sales team!
For almost 40 years, people have been turning to Erdmann Exterior Designs to help them turn their dream homes into a reality. With demand to meet with us at an all-time high, we are looking to bring on some Design Consultants to meet with these homeowners to assist them.
If you have a passion for home design, love meeting with people, and work well in a performance based environment, we'd love to talk to you!
At Erdmann Exterior Designs, we offer a 1-month paid training period, all of the leads you will need, and uncapped earning potential once you get going.
You will also be provided a company, phone, computer, and IPad as well as a gas card and IPass to help you through the process to go with our benefits package we have available.
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Some Sales Experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Industry experience is a plus but not necessary
- A clean driving record and valid license with a working vehicle and insurance
Things you will not be expected to do:
- Climb on roofs
- Knock on strangers doors
- Run leads 7 days a week
This is a salary + commission position with uncapped commission potential and a total package that should exceed $100k every year.
Requirements:

  • Post High School Education - Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
  • Sales Experience - 3 - 5 years of high impact / outside sales experience.
  • Sales Hunter - The position is built for someone who possesses a hunter mentality with a strategic approach and is eager to progressively pursue advancement within the organization through achieved performance.
  • Consultative Approach - Must be able to uncover needs by asking the right questions and providing consultative solutions. Key Attributes for Success:
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Effectively take action to identify and understand issues. Resolve customer enquiries by developing appropriate solutions while also exhibiting sound judgment.
    • Think critically and make decisions that will not only immediately influence the market, but also develop long term growth.
    • Know the competitive sales landscape to always be in a position to discuss the product knowledge and to make decisions that positively influence the market.
    • Become a trusted subject matter expert to your customers.
    • Build solid relationships with customers and co-workers.
